Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size or color, subject to product availability.
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
